Like any town, city, or village in Central New York, Ilion has its own features and businesses that make it unique. If you're from the area, you're sure to understand these photos...

Welcome to the Valley, where we spend our winter weekend nights at the bowling alley and our summer days soaking up the sunshine and walking around town. If you're in the Valley, you're probably heading to Herkimer, or Frankfort, or even Mohawk. But you can't forget about Ilion. If you grew up in Ilion, had friends in Ilion, or spent any amount of time in this Central New York village, these images (below) should bring back memories:

Obviously, we only decided to focus on 10 photos (well, technically 11), but there's a LOT more to Ilion. We didn't get a chance to mention Fox's Falls or "The View," or even the Elks Lodge, which is a very popular spot, especially during Ilion Days. What's one thing we're missing from our list you think we should have included? You can let us know by leaving us a comment or message on our Lite 98.7 Facebook Page.
