The 2014 BRIT Awards take place today (Feb. 19) and some of our favorite across-the-pond musicians and starlets beyond impressed us with their attire on the red carpet. We’re looking at you, Rita Ora, with your canary yellow, low-plunging neckline dress. And you, Foxes, with your magenta mermaid gown.
There was also some well-dressed gents, like John Newman.
Go ahead and take a look at all this fashion fabulousness.
Rita Ora wore lemon yellow, but there was nothing sour about her bright, low-cut, clingy gown. Check out the emerald, jeweled detail and her smoky eyes. Yes, yes and yes. This is how we do.
Foxes was a fox in a mermaid-shape, magenta gown with ombre locks. Foxy lady! Yeah, we did that — used a “fox” comment twice. The mixed materials make this dress such a standout.
Lily Allen was covered up in a sequined, body con, midnight blue number. We’re not sure what to make of that yellow patch of hair, though.
Ellie Goulding was frilly and frothy, in on-top-of-a-wedding-cake style.
It was the black pantsuit route for Nicole Scherzinger. Of course the ex-Pussycat Doll had to make it sexy with an open front and mirrored heels.
A nude bodysuit for Jessie J. How Britney of her! That is some bootay, but she overdid it with the bronzer. We can’t even talk about the lavender lips. Double J is too pretty for such makeup mishaps.
Here’s another vantage point of the Double J.
Tom Odell was a sharp-dressed man.
John Newman was snazzy with some gold accents.
Iggy Azalea showed off her trim, tall, model-like figure in this tomato-red sheath.
Rebecca Ferguson competed on ‘X Factor’ and dated Zayn Malik, too. She added a pop of color to her winter white frock with heels! A rad style touch.
