We've once again teamed up with the American Heart Association for their "Go Red for Women" campaign. Join us for a wonderful luncheon in New Hartford.

On Wednesday, May 3rd, we'll be bringing awareness to women's heart health at the "Go Red for Women" Luncheon. The event will feature the "Go Red Survivor Class 2017," heart disease and heart attack information, and speakers on how heart issues have had an affect on their lives. It will also cover important preventative information like "knowing your numbers" and how the warning signs of heart issues for women are NOT the same as for men. And of course there will be a delicious, healthy lunch as well.

For years, heart disease has been thought of as a "man's disease," but it's not. It's the number one killer of women, and it's something that doesn't get addressed as often as we think it should. And that's what this luncheon is all about.

Naomi Lynn from your More Music Morning Show on Lite 98.7 will also be at the event. She's actually emceeing the luncheon, and is proud to be part of such an important cause for women's health in the Central New York Area.

The "Go Red for Women" Luncheon runs from 12pm - 1pm at Daniele's Banquet Specialists on Route 5 in New Hartford.

Tickets for this luncheon are available now, but registration closes Sunday, April 30th (or when they sell out). Get your tickets and/or make a donation by visiting their website: American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon – CNY

Let's bring awareness to such an important cause in women's health. And we hope to see you at the 2017 Go Red for Women Luncheon on Wednesday.
