Get “pumped up” for a course filled with the world’s largest and most extreme inflatable obstacles ever created. Here’s your chance to be a kid at heart, and insane by choice!

1. Sign Up

Sounds simple enough right? Once you complete the registration for this fun event, you'll be less likely to back out. You'll have a definitive goal to accomplish, so you'll be training with a purpose. Complete the registration process today, and get training.

2. Mix it Up

We've talked to a number of people who set out with good intentions to run a 5K, but once they start training, they got bored with it and simply gave up. This is why we suggest mixing up your routine a little bit by setting out on a site seeing journey and enjoying the Central New York scenery. Plan a different route each day to avoid the mundane, and listen to music to get you pumped. We suggest that  you download the radio pup mobile app to your smartphone and listen to Lite 98.7.

3. Find a Training Partner

Ask a friend or relative if they'd be willing to train with you. Running is lots more fun if you have someone to encourage you to keep moving. You'll have a common goal to complete, and you'll have an accountability partner to help you stay the course. One day you may not feel like training and your companion will be there to keep you motivated. You may also want to consider creating a friendly competition to see who finishes the course first.

It's not too late to start training, but the event is coming up July 16th, so get started on your training routine by clicking HERE.
