Some chain restaurants are better than others. That can vary between the food, and the service. For us in Central New York, 7 of the “worst” are here.

According to MSN, the magazine Nation’s Restaurant News surveyed over 37,000 diners, rating the chains on 10 categories: atmosphere, cleanliness, craveability, food quality, likely to recommend, likely to return, menu variety, reputation, service and value. Then, they took those results to show the worst.
