74,000 Oneida County Residents Can File Taxes For Free
Nearly 74,000 residents in Oneida County can save money by filing their income taxes for free.
The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance is urging taxpayers to file both their federal and state tax returns on the Tax Department's website.
The "e-file for free" initiative allows taxpayers with federal adjusted gross incomes under $62,000 to file for free.
Oneida County taxpayers with incomes under $62,000 are also eligible to visit either of these two free tax assistance sites in the area:
