In this week's "98 Seconds" video, Naomi Lynn decided to test the knowledge of her coworkers and see how well they know Michigan names.

As you probably already know, Naomi Lynn is originally from Michigan. She's had a hard time learning some of the names out here because they're so different from what she has been used to (let's not talk about the "Lowville" incident).

Naomi decided to put together a few of the commonly mispronounced words from the area she's from (southeast Michigan), and see how well her coworkers could do with them. Let's just say, it's exactly what you would expect. Some names people could guess correctly, and others... well, some of her coworkers were a 'little' off. But that's okay, it was all in good fun.

Our favorite answers have to be for "Gratiot," which is a pretty tough one. See what they said for this word (and the rest of them), and see the correct pronunciation for that name in the video at the top of this page. Listen for "Schoenherr" and "Algonac," those are fun ones too.

Make sure you look for next week's "98 Seconds with Naomi Lynn" video. Who knows what she's going to be talking about, what she'll be doing, or what the subject will even be. And take a moment to look through all the other "98 Seconds" videos that cover a variety of subjects from "Fixing broken makeup" to "What it's like at CoreLife Eatery."
