'Pokemon Go' has been taking over the world! Whether you love it or hate it, there are some good things the game brings. Naomi Lynn breaks it down in this week's '98 Seconds' video.

First of all, Naomi Lynn wants to let you know she doesn't play Pokemon Go (She doesn't see a problem with the game, it's just not something she's interested in... As of right now). But you don't have to play the game to see the positive impact it has had on people.

Just driving around, you've probably seen more people out and about than before. People are walking and getting exercise - Trying to catch more 'exotic' Pokemon and trying to hatch these 'eggs' you can collect. More people are socializing and making friends because of the game.

There are reports of people with anxiety and depression who have used the game and love what it has done for them. People are saying it gets them out of the house and makes it easier to start conversations with others.

There was even a report of an autistic boy benefiting from the game. His parents couldn't believe it! They said he caught his first Pokemon and started shrieking, he was so excited. Well, that caused other kids to come by and see what was going on. His parents said he was so happy and actually socializing - And they had never seen that side of him before.

Yes, there are issues with the new Pokemon Go game - The biggest one, people being distracted. Especially distracted driving. STOP PLAYING POKEMON GO AND DRIVING! Other than that, the game has done a lot of good for a lot of people.

Even if you don't like the game or you have no interest in it, maybe it's time to stop knocking it and let people have their fun.

...Just an idea.
