A Fresh Look at ‘Utica Struggles’ – Court Street Hill

Just up the road from the Boilermaker Finish Line is the Court Street Hill. This area on Utica’s West Side has seen better days, with many boarded up homes and closes businesses like Rite Aid.
However, there are new businesses like the pizza parlor and tattoo shop at the corner of Court and Schuyler Streets.
