Adam Levine was feeling philanthropic so he did something heart felt and touching. He invited a young fan with Down syndrome to a free show!

Lead singer of Maroon 5, Adam Levine decided to reach out to a 10 year old boy from Maryland with Down syndrome by personally inviting him to one of his shows. He also arranged a meet and greet with the boy. The boy's name is Christopher Warner and he is the band's "#1 fan."

Christopher's special education teacher Avery Stanert told a journalist:

"He has just been fascinated with Maroon 5 and especially Adam Levine, "He loves to listen to their music during work breaks. He draws pictures of them. He just absolutely loves them." (Hollywood Reporter)

The initial meet and greet came about after Stanert uploaded a YouTube video of the boy singing various Maroon 5 hits. A radio station in Washington D.C. saw the video and decided to reach out to Adam's reps!

When it came time for Christopher to meet Adam, he got so panicked and overwhelmed, that he tried to hide from him by lying down on the floor. Adam responded to Christopher's actions by lying on the floor with him. Classy move Adam, classy!
