Think you can't afford to exercise?  Think again.  Making time for exercise, even just a short amount each day, can prolong your life.

Taiwanese reseacher Dr. Chi-Pang Wen believes you can add three years to your life with as little as fifteen minutes of exercise.  He studied over 400,000 people for twelve years and found those who exercised just fifteen minutes a day five or more times a week had a three year longer life expectancy than those who didn't any exercise at all.  He acknowledges that for the past several years, thirty minutes a day of exercise has been the golden rule.  However, fifteen minutes is also beneficial and is much easier for people to squeeze into their busy lives.  Another benefit of fifteen minutes of exercise daily?  Study participants who did that lowered their risk of dying from cancer by ten percent.
