Adopt A Pet Wednesday: Meet Hazel and Mikey

Remember, Adopt...Don't shop! Today we would like to feature two pets currently living at the Stevens-Swan Humane Society. We've got a cuddly kitty and man's best friend looking for a new home.

Hazel is also know as "Miss Piggy" because of her short stature. She enjoys spending time with other dogs, and finds kitties a lot of fun to chase. She loves to play with toys and cuddle up with the staff members of the Stevens-Swan Humane Society...when they get a chance to have some one on one time with her. And now, Mikey, who is very close to everyone's heart at the shelter. He was found as a stray with a very hurt arm. He has no use of the leg, but it does not cause him any pain. He gets along just fine with it and still has no problems jumping up into the window or on the couches. He gets along great with other cats and even dogs. He's a snuggle bug too. He loves to be held like a baby or just pet and brushed. The staff have all fallen for Mikey so, please come and visit him, they know he'll capture your heart too.
