Adopt A Pet Wednesday: Meet Maggie & Bushy

Remember, Adopt...Don't shop! Today we would like to feature two pets currently living at the Stevens-Swan Humane Society. We've got a cuddly kitty and man's best friend looking for a new home.

Maggie is a gorgeous blue Pit Bull Terrier Mix. You'll enjoy lots of puppy action as she is approximately one year old. She is a very spunky girl who loves to play with her toys and chase tennis balls. She tires out quickly though and likes to spend the afternoons curled up on her big fluffy blanket for a long afternoon naps. The Stevens-Swan Humane Society has been working with socializing Maggie with other dogs. Maggie has made great progress and now enjoys play time with the others.

Bushy is a very friendly 3 year old long haired kitty. He is possibly the friendliest cat you'll ever meet! He loves to be petted and brushed. He'll even stretch all the way out on this back to soak up all the attention he can and let you rub his belly. He is great with other cats and would adjust well to a home with a calm dog.
