Lily did have a home, but when a new baby came along, she got very upset and scared at the crying so she hid under the bed all the time. Her family decided that they should bring her to the shelter in hopes that she could find a family with no babies or small kids that will alarm her.
Lily is between five and six years old and is gorgeous. She is spayed and is a purebred cat. She has the prettiest big, blue eyes and such soft fur! Lily is sweet and loving and she gets along well with other gentle cats and dogs. Because Lily is a shy kitty, she would do best in a calm, quiet home. This pretty kitty loves to be petted and cuddled and she also has a playful side. One of her favorite things to do is to chase after catnip mice! Lily has been waiting at the shelter since May and she can't wait to find her forever family! Come meet Lily today! You can find out more about the pets available when you Email the Rome Humane Society of Oneida County. Or visit them at 6247 Lamphear Road.
