America's Got Talent is getting ready for their 11th season in the series with auditions starting next month (November). With auditions coming up quickly, it was time to find a replacement for Howard Stern's spot on the judge's panel. So who took that lucky, coveted spot?

Non-other than the executive producer and creator of America's Got Talent, Simon Cowell.

That's right - it's the loud, outspoken, and often times vicious, judge from the start of American Idol. Recently, Cowell has been keeping busy by judging competition shows in the UK, including 'Britain's Got Talent,' and 'The X Factor.' Now Simon Cowell is back in America, to tear more people's hopes and dreams to pieces.

So what else will change, now that Simon Cowell is on-board for season 11 of AGT? Well, according to USA Today,

Cowell expects the show to depart the New York area, where it moved in 2012 to accommodate radio host Stern, and return to Los Angeles. "I always thought of this as a Hollywood type of show," he says.

And for the other judges? Will Mel B., Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum, all return? As of right now, there are no reports either way. We'll have to wait and see if all the judges decide to return, and share the panel with Simon Cowell.

Auditions for season 11 of America's Got Talent start in November, with stops in Detroit, New York City, Dallas, Kansas City, and eight other cities.
