Alec Baldwin Receives an Apology From Wegman’s [VIDEO]
Alec Baldwin’s commercials for the supermarket chain Wegmans were pulled, and now reinstated. In the wake of his American Airlines freakout, the 2010 commercials, which were supposed to run again for three weeks this past December, were pulled a week early because of his infamous plane incident.
However, after receiving complaints about the decision, Wegmans had a change of heart. A spokesperson for the company told TMZ.com, “We regret ending the Alec Baldwin holiday commercials one week earlier than planned in response to a couple of dozen complaints. We have decided to run the commercials again, effective immediately.” After all, the captain of the plane himself found no problem with Mr. Baldwins behavior, as you’ll see in this SNL spoof. Enjoy.
