Alton Brown, host of 'Cutthroat Kitchen' on the Food Network made a stop in Syracuse this week while on his national 'Eat Your Science' live tour. Before his show, the celebrity chef took some time to check out some of what Syracuse has to offer.

Brown shared his experience on his Facebook and Instagram pages, and we can bet you'll guess at least one of the stops he made in Syracuse.

That's right Brown took the time to check out Dinosaur BBQ, but that wasn't all, he also made stops at the Sound Garden Record Store and Heid's of Liverpool too.

How cool is that? Not only did he put on a great show at the Oncenter, he also made it a point to stop into locally owned shops and share his experiences on social media!

Thanks for visiting Alton, next time stop by Utica for some greens, riggies, and the best pizza in the entire universe!
