Online retailing giant Amazon is getting into the food business, and it could mean getting your local favorites delivered will be as easy as saying "Alexa, bring me a burrito."

Amazon is working on a partnership with food-delivery service Olo, according to Mashable. Olo will work with Amazon's own food delivery service, Amazon Restaurants to bring a wide range of offerings to your doorstep.

The service could include local favorites like Utica's Five Guys Burgers and Fries, New Hartford's Chipotle and Cold Stone Creamery.

Amazon already allows you to purchase your favorite cookies and coffee - but what do you do when you want something ready to eat right now?

So let's see: eventually, you'll be able to tell Alexa to order you a cheeseburger from anywhere in the house. If you combine this with the "inside the house" delivery Walmart is considering, you might never have to get up off the couch. Is this a good thing?

On the other hand, the idea of having a burrito and some ice cream delivered when you're feeling a little under the weather isn't such a bad idea.

What CNY restaurant would you want to have delivered that doesn't already offer that service?
