Amputee Noah Galloway Inspires Millions on Dancing With the Stars [VIDEO]
The next time you think 'I can't,' think of Noah Galloway. The US Army veteran lost his left leg and arm in a roadside bomb in Afghanistan but he's doing more than most people do with all their limbs. In addition to pushing himself by running marathons, Galloway is taking up dancing. And he's doing it in front of millions on Dancing With the Stars.
Galloway isn't the first amputee to appear on the reality show. Amy Purdy, who lost both her legs, danced last year with Derek Hough. But unlike Purdy, Galloway lost his leg above the knee, making it more difficult to dance. He also his left arm which is the same arm men use in dancing to lead.
Noah Galloway & Sharna Burgess danced the Cha Cha on opening night to "I Lived" by One Republic and they received love from the band.
