There is no question that our area is known for our delicious restaurants. Not only are the restaurants good, but diverse as well. We have everything from Italian to Mandarin and opening soon in South Utica is a new option for BBQ.

'Bone-Yard BBQ' has gone from a food truck in New York Mills to a food truck and bar. The new location near the Roosevelt Plaza is perfect for what owners, Nick Giglio and Craig Manderson, have in mind for their business.

Nick says, "We just want people to be comfortable when they come in. We want everyone to feel like a guest in our home, not just another customer. I guarantee it'll be a good time with great food. If it isn't, we'll make it right before you leave."

Imagine a nice Spring day about 5 o'clock and you get out of work. You're in the mood for a pulled pork sandwich and a bottle of beer. This will be the perfect venue for it. What's next for Bone-Yard BBQ? There are still some kinks to work out and cosmetics still to be done, but owners Nick and Craig are hoping to be open into next week for food as they wait for their liquor license to go through. They are located near the Roosevelt Plaza on the corner of Roosevelt Dr. and Seward Ave. in Utica, NY.
