American Idol Tour Makes 4 Stops in New York This Summer

If you're favorite has been voted off American Idol already this year, you can still see them again.  The Idol Top 10 will hit the road for a summer tour and they will be making four stops in New York.  See the Idol Top 10 August 10th in Rochester, August 22nd in Uniondale, August 30th in Albany and September 4th in Syracuse.

Dates and cities have been announced for the tour but you'll have to wait until next week for ticket details.  Here's the complete list of tour dates.

Happy Birthday Carol Burnett

Happy birthday to Carol Burnett who turns 79 today.  The comedienne started her career in New York. After becoming a hit on Broadway, she made her television debut.  Burnett moved to Los Angeles and began an eleven-year run on The Carol Burnett Show which was aired on CBS television from 1967 to 1978.  Burnett is one of the funniest ladies on the big or small screen.  Watch some of her best moments.

New York Woman Wants Her Kidney Back

Debbie Stevens, the New York woman, who was fired after donating a kidney to her boss, now wants the organ back. She says, 'You hate me so much, and I’m so despicable — give me my kidney back! She used her power to manipulate me.' Stevens says her health-insurance coverage will soon run out leaving her unable to pay future medical and psychiatric bills related to the transplant. 'I don’t know what I’m going to do. I can’t afford it; it’s a lot of money. I may have a hard time getting insurance because I donated a kidney. I thought I would be at that job until I retired.'

New York Mom Gets Fired After Donating Kidney [VIDEO]

Believe it or not, a Long Island, New York woman is claiming she was fired after she donated a kidney that helped save her boss's life.

In a complaint filed with the New York State Human Rights Commission, 47-year-old Debbie Stevens says her boss used her for her kidney and then fired her 'after the woman got what she wanted.'
