I had Blaze Pizza for the first time in Schenectady. It's a pizza chain that makes personal pizzas in front of you, similar to what Subway does, and then they bake them and you get your personal pizza with toppings of your choice super fast. "Pizza bar" as some call it. It was delicious and ever since I moved back to Utica, there have been times I've craved it when in need of a fast option for food. Especially since sometimes I want some unique topping options.

Good news! It may be coming to Consumer Square in New Hartford!

Construction has started on a new 12,000-square-foot building next to Applebee’s. Blaze Pizza has submitted plans to the New Hartford Codes Department to move into the space.

That specific building will also have space for two more businesses, including one with a drive-thru.

Five Guys, which is currently located on Commercial Drive, has submitted plans to the New Hartford Codes Department seeking approval to move there to a vacant space near Panera Bread.

A restaurant called Wingstop will then move into what would be the former Five Guys location, but they are waiting approval as well.

I AM SO EXCITED! Now I'm dreaming about pizza.
