It was back on March 7th that a fisherman spotted a submerged vehicle in a river near Salt Lake City, Utah. In the car was Lynn Groesbeck, who was deceased, and her 18-month-old daughter who was amazingly still alive. Recently a video from a body cam on a first responder was released and it captured the daring rescue.

When the baby was pulled from the vehicle she was unconscious and very cold. In the video you can hear some chilling words of the rescuer including "Definitely hypothermic. She's freezing." Also, "Come on, sweetie. Come on, sweetie." Thank God for these brave guys who did all they could to save baby Lily. She was released from the hospital on March, 11th.
