Last Tuesday, Crystal Trietley was at work when her fiancé called to tell her that her 3-year-old daughter was found unresponsive in the tub.  She had left her three girls in the care of a neighbor when she went to work that evening.

Crystal tells The Buffalo News that Chloe and her two sisters were left in the tub while the babysitter stepped outside to smoke a cigarette.  The babysitter allegedly came back inside and found all three in the tub and told them to get out, but then went back outside to finish her cigarette.

When Chloe was found unresponsive in the bathwater, police and firefighters were called to the Buffalo home.  The child was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

As of now, the 42-year old sitter has not been charged.  The child's mother says that her neighbor is responsible for the death of her daughter.
