Just when we thought all of the excitement surrounding Boilermaker 15K had settled for awhile, we're suddenly rejuvenated with the notion that we can still run...the "Reverse Boilermaker."
For those of us who were disappointed with our finish times at the Boilermaker, there's hope. Our unofficial times started when the gun went off but didn't factor in the amount of time it took to actually cross the the starting line. This is good news for most of us.
Ethiopian Teshome Asfaha (photo above) captured the 2016 Boilermaker 15k Road Race with a time of 43:58, finishing nine seconds ahead of Moroccan Mourad Marofit.
