The New York State Fair has announced that a limited number of $15 tickets are now on sale to see R&B and hip hop artists Ne-Yo and Cee Lo Green performing Friday, Aug. 26 at 7:30 p.m., and for American Rock Band 3 Doors Down with opening acts Saving Abel and SafetySuit performing Sunday, Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. Both concerts will be held at the New York State Fair Grandstand.

It appears Taylor gave fans more of a show than she had planned for during her Saturday (August 13th) Speak Now tour stop in St. Louis. She was in the middle of performing her hit, "You Belong With Me," when she walked too close to a wind machine and the flouncy skirt of her dress blew completely up, exposing the underwear she was fortunately wearing that night!
Being the pro that she is, Taylor carried on without missing a beat.
