Once again, Katy Perry impressed us with her fashion sense while abroad, this time in Paris. The singer donned a bit of a prim and proper, black and metallic pink, pencil-shaped dress to the 'Mademoiselle C' premiere party in the City of Lights earlier this week (Oct. 1). She's establishing herself as one fierce fashionista who doesn't need to rely on outrageous costumes to turn heads.

Katy Perry has been over in Europe this week, closing out the iTunes Wireless Festival and hitting up fashion shows.
