The NYS Department of Transportation reports that I-790 paving operations will continue, and hopefully wrap up this week, weather permitting. The majority of the work is between between Edic Road and Leland Ave. Two-lane traffic eastbound and/or westbound will be reduced to one-lane traffic during daytime hours. You'll have to slow down to a reduced speed limit to 45 mph in the work zone. A slowdown is to be expected in downtown Utica as well.
