We don't know what's gotten into these guys. Maybe some of them just aren't cut out for life on the farm.

In December, Dave Vitali was going to see his daughter when he got into a serious accident. He flipped his pickup truck, and hung upside down and bleeding with his only comfort being that his trusty dog Max was by his side and okay. Unfortunately, when the ambulances came the sirens scared the golden retriever, and Max ran away
Don't get me wrong, I'm a dog-lover just like Candice A. Salvatore from Mariners Harbor in Staten Island. She says she had only the best intentions when she called 911 to report an "abandoned baby". Unfortunately when police responded they found themselves rescuing an emaciated 'pit bull puppy' on her block.
In Junior High School I thought I wrote a good joke. What kind of food is your spare change? Rich food. I know, I know...hey, I was seven at the time. And the thought of eating coins is not all that appetizing, unless your Jack, a 13-year-old Jack Russell who somehow managed to eat 111 pennies.
If your looking for a cat with plenty of kitten to play with, Simba is for you. He is a handsome, 9 month old, neutered black cat. He is so shiny and sleek and quite large for his age. When you see him you'll think he looks like a panther. Simba is outgoing and friendly and he loves to play and explore. Simba is a very active guy.

Auggie came to the Rome Humane Society back in October. He's had a hard time finding a home because he is a very talkative boy. Auggie would bark a lot in his kennel so potential adopters would decided against taking him home. He got depressed waiting at the shelter, so he went to a foster home. His foster mom is a dog trainer and she has done a wonderful job training him.
I'll never live down my son's criticism of me, which I deserve, because I told him that someday we'll get a dog. This has not happened yet. I worry that I'll awake to barking at 2am because a car drove by. I'm concerned that my good work shoes will get chewed up. I fear cleaning up the dog's landmines left on the living room rug and I can't stand a begging dog at the dinner table.
