After 33 years and 6,028 show, David Letterman said his goodbye for the final time at the Ed Sullivan theater. Several celebrities including Steve Martin, Jim Carrey, Jerry Seinfeld, Alec Baldwin, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tina Fey, Barbara Walters, Chris Rock and Peyton Manning stopped by for his final Top 10 list -'Top 10 Things I've Always Wanted To Say To David Letterman."

10. Alec Baldwin said: “Of all the talk shows, yours is the most geographically convenient to my home.”
9. Barbara Walters asked, “Did you know you wear the same cologne as Muammar Gaddafi?”
8. Steve Martin said: “Your extensive plastic surgery was necessary and a mistake.”
7. Jerry Seinfeld said: “I have no idea what I’ll do when you go off the air. You know, I just thought of something — I’ll be fine.”
6. Jim Carrey said: “Honestly, Dave, I’ve always found you to be a bit of an over-actor.”
