The National Weather Service has issued a warning ahead of tomorrow's expected oppressive heat.  All of Central New York including Oneida, Madison and Southern Herkimer counties are under an Excessive Heat Warning from Noon until 8PM on Thursday.  The NWS warns that:

these hot and humid conditions will lead to a
heightened risk of heat related stress and illnesses.
Dehydration... muscle cramps... severe headaches and heat
exhaustion are possible with prolonged exposure and or physical
activity.
