And if you use this recipe I found on Pinterest, you can cut a bunch of fat, so they'll be good for you too.  But you don't have to tell him that.Combine 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard in a bowl.  In another bowl, mix 2 cups of finely crushed corn flakes and a dash of pepper.  Dip chicken strips in honey mixture, then roll in corn flakes.  Arrange on a baking sheet and cook about 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
