Seems Clive Davis is a lot pickier with his ears than he is with his penis. The legendary music exec, who has a memoir ('The Soundtrack of My Life') to promote, revealed that he's bisexual to Katie Couric, whom we're pretty sure was the only person asking. Ever.

As you may already know, the 80-year-old Davis, a father of three adult sons who also work in the music biz, discovered icons like Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Janis Joplin and - maybe regrettably - Barry Manilow.

While most people (especially Lady Gaga) are born that way in terms of sexuality, Davis admitted that he expanded his horizons after his marriage fell apart in the 1980s.

“I opened myself up to the possibility that I could have a relationship with a man as well as [a woman]," Davis said. “I'm still attracted to women … you don't have to be only one thing or another. For me, it's the person.”

How very Anne Heche of him.

The full interview airs this afternoon (Feb. 19) on 'Katie.' We're all ears.
