If your closet could talk, what would it say? Are there lots of clothes in your closet that you never wear but also can’t seem to part with? Okay ladies, let’s get the scoop on clothes and our closets.
According to a new survey, most women buy clothes that they end up never wearing. 80% of women buy something knowing that they’ll never, ever wear it. 91% of women admit to having at least one item in their closet with the tags still on it. 25% of women wear only 10% of the clothes in their closet. 84% confess to keeping clothes that no longer fit them and 46% say they have clothes that are at least ten years old. They’re hanging on to them in case they come back in style someday. Does any of this describe you and your clothes closet? You know that they say. If you haven’t worn it in a year, then get rid of it. Guess it’s time for me to clean out my closet. Sounds like a good New Year’s resolution.
