We all know there is so much to see and do in New York. Well, this attraction in Central New York was named a must-see on this New York Bucket List.

Central New York is full of unique things to check out (obviously), from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown to the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse to taking a cruise on the Erie Canal in Herkimer. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Thrillist put together a list of attractions that are must-sees throughout the state of New York. The big thing to realize is that Thrillist does a lot of writing for New York City and that surrounding area, so to have an area of Central New York included on the list... Well, it feels pretty good.

They created a list of 30 of the best attractions in New York, and the Saratoga Spa State Park made their list - A list that included places like the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, the Governor's Island in Manhattan, and other attractions and landmarks around the City. According to Thrillist,

Aside from horse racing and the best pizza in the state outside NYC, Saratoga Springs is known for its healing mineral springs. Established in 1835, 2,379-acre Saratoga Spa State Park is a must-stop for travelers seeking a stress-relieving getaway...

The Saratoga Spa State Park is perfect for a little weekend away - with tons of museums to see - from the National Museum of Dance to the Saratoga Automotive Museum, and the "Peerless Pool Complex." There are also golf courses and other attractions to keep you busy for the whole day. If you take a visit during the winter months, the Saratoga Spa State Park offers areas for cross country skiing, skating, and hockey. You can see an overview of the park in the video below:

Thrillist's "Bucket List" also included the Adirondack State Park, the state capitol building in Albany, and the Eastman Museum in Rochester. You can see their full list here.
