Coffee May Prevent Breast Cancer
Whether coffee is healthy or not, I don’t plan on not drinking it any time soon. According to a new study, published in the journal Breast Cancer Research, claims that women who drink five or more cups of coffee a day are actually protecting themselves from breast cancer.
The DailyMail.co.uk is reporting that researchers from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, found that heavy coffee drinkers had a lower incidence of breast cancer than women who rarely drank coffee. Weird right?
The scientists have said that “A high daily intake of coffee was found to be associated with a statistically significant decrease in oestrogen-receptor negative breast cancer among post-menopausal women.”
