Oprah=Ice Princess?
February 18, 2011 10:10 AM Oprah is loved by her fans for many reasons, including her warm, outgoing and friendly personality. Is that the real Oprah? A man claiming to have dated her in the 80s says she’s not like that off camera and when it came to ending their relationship, she was anything but warm.
Reginald Chevalier says he dated and lived with Oprah in the mid 80s for about four months. He told author Kitty Kelly her met Oprah when she did a show on look-alikes and at the time, he looked like actor Billy Dee Williams. While he was away on business, she changed all the locks and left a box with his belongings. On the evelope she had written: “Sorry, things aren’t working between us. Oprah Winfrey.” Reginald says “That was it. No phone call, no goodbye, nothing. She was as cold as ice.” He also says a few weeks later, Stedman was in the picture. As for her tv persona, Reginald claims she’s much more reserved and calculating when the cameras aren’t rolling. Why did he come forward now? Kitty Kelly recently wrote a book about Oprah and didn’t mention him, so he contacted Kitty to tell her about his relationship with Oprah.
