The New Holiday Trend – Bizarre Colored Christmas Trees and Bubble Trees
Apparently a real Christmas tree, or a regular artificial tree is old news. The new holiday trend is getting an odd-colored Christmas tree or a 'Bubble Tree.'
Sure, the white artificial Christmas trees have been around for a while, but those are considered old news, too. The new trend is these odd colored trees - Colors like black, neon green, bright pink, purple, red, and blue.
It looks like this trend was started by the British not that long ago, and it's really starting to take off - Especially the black Christmas trees. A lot of people have been decorating them with silver tinsel and garland, then hanging red ornaments on them. It sounds like a great blend of colors, but for Christmas?
When it comes to decorating for the holidays, it should be however you feel - You're the one who is going to be looking at that Christmas tree for a few weeks anyways. But black Christmas trees, or even pink and purple ones, just seem to be missing that 'Holiday' feeling.
Aside from these odd-colored Christmas trees, another growing trend is the 'Bubble Tree.' So what are these 'Bubble Trees?' Well, this informational video can probably describe it best...
Seems pretty... Different, doesn't it? As the years come and go, and the holiday season traditions grow older and older each year, it's no surprise that some of those traditions are starting to change. Who knows? In 10 or 20 years, it may be normal to have a 'bubble tree' or a bright pink Christmas tree.
