What Mercury Insurance… No Love for the Utica Comets?! [VIDEO]

Okay, that may not be true, but their latest commercial shows some love for the Manchester Monarchs. I can't help but feel a little bummed that Utica didn't get represented.

You've probably seen the commercial (I've already seen it at least a dozen times on TV). The actual commercial is for Mercury Insurance and it shows this guy being covered for damage done to his home from a T-Rex. I'm sure they were going the route of Jurassic Park on this one, but you'll notice something big in one of the rooms they show.

About 14 seconds into this video, pause it. It shows the guy standing in his 'Hockey Room,' and you can see banners and jerseys and all sorts of hockey memorabilia. Look closely... There's a banner for the Manchester Monarchs and even one of those scoreboards that hang from the ceiling (with the Monarchs on it, too.) Check it out for yourself:

Now, I understand it's just a commercial and it's just a random fan's hockey room, but where was the prop guy on this one? How about a little love for the Comets?
