Learn to make some quick and easy Easter dishes during this cooking class in New Hartford. You'll also be helping out the community at the same time.

Have you ever wanted to learn to make something special for Easter? Maybe you just want to 'freshen up' your cooking skills? You can be a part of a special cooking class in New Hartford on Saturday, March 25th. It's the "Jack and Mo Cooking Class" and it's back after having a very successful class in January.

This time they will be focusing on fast, easy, and inexpensive ways to make amazing and delicious Easter desserts. You'll also learn how to get more out of your Easter leftovers and turn them into tasty other options.

Okay, so you're probably wondering where the "helping your community" part comes in. Well, it's very simple: To attend the class you need to bring in two non-perishable food items, along with your class fee which is $30 for adults and $20 for children 10 to 18. The non-perishable food items will be donated to a local food pantry which is connected to the Food Bank of Central New York, and in the last few years it has been able to provide more that 25,000 meals to those in need.

The class will be held at St. Margaret's House in New Hartford from 2pm - 4pm (Sat. March 25th). Reserve your spot by visiting: JackAndMoCookingClassTickets You can also get more information and ask any questions you may have, by emailing: JackandMoCookingShow@yahoo.com

OH! And don't forget to bring your "leftovers" or "take home" containers. You will get to take home (or eat on the spot if you would like) the foods that you create.

The Jack and Mo Cooking Show started as a YouTube Channel showing how to make easy homemade meals. They grew in popularity after being featured on the Rachel Ray Cooking Show. Since the beginning of last year, it now includes a local cooking school with live demonstrations, birthday party experiences, and even meal prep delivery kits.
