Could You Kiss This Long?
February 15, 2011 1:16 PM Nothing shocking about couples kissing on Valentine’s Day, right? However, yesterday was no ordinary kissing day in Thailand. A couple has set the the new world record for the longest kiss. You won’t believe how long they were able to keep kissing!
They kissed for forty six hours, twenty four minutes and nine seconds. Wow! They actually finished kissing early this morning. Ekkachai and Laksana Tiranarat of Bangkok demolished the previous kissing world record, which was just over thirty two hours. The contest started Sunday morning with fourteen couples. For all that kissing, the winning couple gets a diamond ring and about $3200 cash. In case you’re curious, they were allowed to drink through straws as long as their lips continued touching and were allowed to use the bathroom as long as they continued kissing. I wonder if they’ll ever want to kiss each other again?
