Give dad a very special Father's Day this year. Here's a list of things you can do this Father's Day - and if you want to use them all - you've got the perfect full day of activities for you dad! It's complete with food, activities, and gifts - what more does dad need?

Start the Morning Off Right

Breakfast in bed! I don't care who you are, breakfast in bed is like, the greatest idea ever. Make it even better by picking up a few breakfast pastries or snacks from the Gingerbread Bake Shop in New Hartford, or go the more Italian route and pick up some treats from Florentine Pastry Shop in Utica.

Sangertown Square Mall

Next it's time to get dad a gift. Sure taking him to Sangertown Square to pick out his own gift isn't as creative as picking out something yourself... but do you really know what your dad wants? I can tell you right now it's not another tie. So why not let him get exactly what he wants?

Golfing

Central New York has some of the greatest golf courses around. Give your dad a fun afternoon of golf at Turning Stone, or at Valley View (which I heard is one of the nicest golf courses out here).

If dad's not a golfer - do another activity outside the house - maybe catch a movie, or walk around the park... or whatever. Just get out and do something!

Dinner at Delmonico's

Nothing wraps up Father's Day better than a steak dinner. And when I think of a steak dinner in Utica, I think of Delmonico's Steakhouse. Maybe treat dad extra special and give him the 24-ounce Certified Angus Steak. Nothing says 'Happy Father's Day' like a giant steak.
