Post-it notes are a great way to remind yourself of things you need to do.  Pick up the dry cleaning, pay the bills, buy a present for a friend's birthday, turn in that report for your boss and so on.  Delilah has a different twist on post-it notes.  She recommends using them to boost your confidence.

Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in negative thinking.  Do you find yourself doing that?  Try Delilah's suggestion for using post-it notes as a daily affirmation of your self worth:

I want you to post notes around your house, in your car, on your mirror, in your closet, in the fridge, wherever it makes sense for you…and I want you to write positive affirmations about you or about some outcome you wish to achieve. Positive affirmations redirect your values, your goals and your way of thinking.I want you to think about the things you are good at, the things you have achieved, the people who love you, the things you like about yourself. Write it down, even the small things. If you think you have a great head of thick, healthy hair, write it down. Because that little reminder will hopefully redirect your focus away from something you don’t like about yourself the next time you look in the mirror.
