A day at the spa is a great way to feel better but it's not the only way to feel good.  If you've got the time, Delilah has some easy ways to feel good for less.  Try these for a mood boost.

No matter what your current financial situation is, there are some easy ways to feel good for less.  Make the time to do these and see how much better you feel.  Delilah has some really good suggestions, like getting outside for some fresh air.   It's good for your mind and your body and I try to do it no matter what season it is.  Helps me sleep better too.  More from Delilah on feeling food for less:

Sit up straight. If you’re at your computer right now reading this, check your posture. If you tend to slump or slouch, sit up straight and tall and proud. Better posture results in better spine health, which can help you avoid injury. Plus, you’ll look taller, trimmer and more put together for it.

 

Drink more water. If I don’t drink enough water, my body will tell me. I begin to feel sluggish or I’ll develop a headache. Our bodies need and love water so don’t hold back this little gem to better health and appearance.

 

Step outside. Take a quick stroll around the block and breathe in some fresh air. Instant energizer!
