Call this the Coachella effect: Just a couple of weeks after Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland joined Beyonce on stage at the annual festival for a Destiny's Child reunion, a new report has surfaced that says the three-piece girl group — who originally disbanded in 2006 — could reunite across Beyonce's forthcoming On the Run II Tour.

According to The Sun, the ladies have decided to move forward with the idea in light of the 20th anniversary of the release of their debut album. The self-titled 1998 LP eventually went platinum in the United States and included the massive single "No, No, No."

“Beyonce worked tirelessly on her Coachella headline performance but the crowning moment was her medley with Kelly and Michelle. They really enjoyed working together again after so long and now Bey is keen for them to be part of On The Run II”, a source told the site. “The girls have their own work commitments and families but could fly out for certain dates to surprise fans because they’re all aware of the demand for a reunion."

Williams told The Los Angeles Times earlier this month that the Coachella reunion was the product of hard work, and she was happy to commit.

“Everybody was pushing each other to do and be their very, very best," she said. "When Beyonce does something, it’s because she knows that if she can do it, everybody else on the stage can do it. Somebody might have to rehearse a little longer than others or go over the music parts a little longer.”

After a series of rumors and bait-and-switch concert listings, Beyonce and Jay-Z officially confirmed on March 12 that they're heading back on tour for On the Run II. The huge 36-city concert series, their second as co-headliners, kicks off on June 6 in the United Kingdom before moving stateside in late July
