Don’t Worry About That Guilty Face-Turns Out Dogs Don’t Feel Shame After All [Video]

Eating socks.  Tearing up the couch pillows.  Helping themselves to that birthday cake you left on the counter.  Don't let your dog's guilty face fool you.  Turns out dogs don't feel shame.  I caught this story on NBC's Today Show on whether dogs feel guilt when they do something wrong.  Apparently that guilty face they make is strictly for our benefit and isn't from guilt on their part.  Does that make pet owners feel better or worse?  I wonder.
