Drinking Red Wine Helps Men Fight Obesity
Now time for your random survey of the day, this time it deals with men. According to a new study from WebMD, chemicals found in red wine may defend against obesity and diseases caused by obesity such as type 2 diabetes.

Researchers found that obese men who took the chemical got a solid boost in their health.
“We saw a lot of effects on metabolism that all point toward better health,” said study researcher Patrick Schrauwen. “For example, blood glucose levels go down, insulin levels go down, triglyceride levels go down, but also fat in the liver goes down.”
