This spring will bring a new album from Elton John.  It's on track for a May release but I'm wondering if that day will be pushed back as the album is getting tweaked, again.

Last October, producer T Bone Burnett announced that John was going back in to the studio to tweak the album.  Now John's longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin revealed on his website berniejtaupin, com, that the album is being tweaked again because they're not in any rush to release the album and they want to improve what they've already done.  The  album was orginally titled 'The Diving Board' but now is being called 'Voyeur.'  The re-tweaking album sessions are scheduled to happen later this month.  'Voyeur' will be John's 31st studio album.  Look for him on February 8th as he joins several other artists paying tribute to Bruce Springsteen at the MusiCares Person Of The Year Gala in LA.
