Employee Loyalty At A Three Year Low

With the economy recovering, many Americans are no longer working scared. Instead, they’re feeling pretty comfortable about their careers and starting to take action to improve things.

According to the USA Today, and the ninth annual Employee Benefits Trends Study from MetLife, the improving economy is causing one out of three workers to look for a new job. The survey found that employee loyalty was at a three-year low, with 47 percent of employees feeling strong loyalty to their employers down from 59 percent three years ago.
