This year's snow scarcity will continue during the last few days of autumn and right through Christmas Day. According to long range forecasts, Central New York won't be seeing a white Christmas this year.

Temperatures over the next ten days will be in the 30s for the week leading up to Christmas Day but won't give us any appreciable snowfall.  There is a possibility of flurries early in the day on Friday the 23rd, but that's about it at this point.

So, like the song goes, this year the White Christmas will only be in your dreams....
